As the conflict with the U.S. Military progressed, Star Ocean’s responsibilities grew increasingly demanding, leading to a strain on computational power. This has begun to cause communication issues for the highly realistic robots.

Were it not for Star Ocean’s timely intervention, there may have been incidents of these robots being exposed.

Du Qiu then hastened the development of quantum computers, unwilling to wait for researchers to methodically grasp the theories and advance through gradual practice.

At a minimum, he wanted to ensure one project group completed its task first to remedy the shortage of computational power.

Only with quantum computers more advanced than the existing silicon carbide chip architecture could the artificial intelligence programs operate reliably.

The highly realistic robots could even become less detectable than the current versions.

Having wrapped up the meeting, Du Qiu left the project group after receiving the update from Star Ocean and headed back to the command center.

En route, Du Qiu reviewed the video footage of the U.S. Military’s probing operation. Upon entering the command hall, he said to Star Ocean, “It seems like your surveillance of the U.S. headquarters didn’t catch wind of their intent to probe us. It looks like they’re starting to guard against Lurker II.”

“Yes, ever since the night Radack and the others contacted the head of the consortium, they’ve gone all out to shield against our surveillance. Even Radack’s congressional speech managed to keep Lurker II out,” Star Ocean replied, seemingly irked and unaccustomed to the enemy eluding its watch.

Du Qiu thought for a moment and said, “Enhance the activity of the carbon nanobots at several key locations in the U.S. You’re granted permission to deploy them to monitor specific sites of interest.”

“That’s fantastic! I assure you they won’t be able to scheme behind our backs anymore.”

Hearing Star Ocean’s emotionally charged response, Du Qiu couldn’t help but smile wryly.

Though the United States did not legally declare war on Dream Technology, it persisted in branding it a terrorist organization, clearly not willing to reconcile.

This sparked considerable ire in the international community.

That was because, when Rein Leinar announced his itinerary during his visit to Germania – with stops in Gaul, Britain, India, and beyond – the world took notice.

Japan, seeing this itinerary, dared not move closer to the United States and had already begun to seek China’s help in bringing Rein Leinar to Japan.

Any country, region, organization, or individual engaging in normal dealings with Dream Technology must not bring any purchased products into the U.S. Violators will be subject to sanctions from Dream Technology. Any companies cooperating with Dream Technology must not sell co-developed products to the U.S., and any breach will result in termination of cooperation and inclusion on the sanction list!”

This counter-sanction proclamation sent shockwaves around the world.

It appeared Dream Technology was determined to take a stand against the United States, complicating daily affairs for other nations. Some still hoped for Rein Leinar’s visit, which could lead to cooperation agreements similar to those with China and Rus Country.

However, the declaration by Dream Technology meant that cooperation would likely require joint sanctions against the United States.

Indeed, after two days of negotiations with Germania, Dream Technology’s President Rein Leinar signed a cooperation agreement. Subsequent visits to Gaul (Paris), Britain, India, and other nations followed suit.
