Xu Shaochen took a spin around the school.

Xu Shaochen waved off the idea with a smile. Some people are just too handsome to remain inconspicuous.

He couldn’t help it. He’s like a star in the night sky, shining so brightly. “Mr. Xu, let me walk with you and introduce the school.”

The principal said to Xu Shaochen.

Xu Shaochen nodded. “Sure, that would be great. Others should get back to their classes so as not to disrupt the children’s learning.”

Hearing this, the teachers following the principal all took their leave.

The principal accompanied Xu Shaochen around the campus, introducing the basic conditions of the school.

“Mr. Xu, currently we have eighteen classes from first to sixth grade, with over a thousand students. Most children of primary school age in the county town are concentrated here.”

“However, next year this number is expected to double. Many students used to go out of town with their parents for work. Now with the infrastructure and quality education at Lotus Primary School, those children should also return for schooling.”

“The county government plans to build another primary school next year,” the principal explained.

“There’s no need for another school. I’ll have someone purchase that land. We can expand directly at the current Lotus Primary School.”

A group of uninvited guests arrived in the woods behind Lotus Primary School.

“Boss…” a bodyguard furrowed his brow then whispered something in Li Daoyu’s ear.

Li Daoyu raised his eyebrows after hearing that, cutting off the sideline middle-aged man’s speech. “Do you know Xu Shaochen’s Lotus Charity built the school behind the woods?”

“But Mr. Li, didn’t you just say the area is too small?” The sideline middle-aged man looked puzzled.

Li Daoyu glared at him. “With your intelligence, do you dare to claim a degree from 985 universities? You can’t demolish the school, can’t you purchase adjacent residential areas?”

“Besides, after so long, does Yunquan County have any better places for a factory than here?”

The town’s slow development made sense. It’s in a poor geographic area and lacks water. Building a factory required meticulous site selection, ultimately here.

In such a remote place, hesitation in investing is normal too.
