Chapter 401: I Am Still Too Lenient
by xennovel“Trash! Weren’t you all confident just now? Get up and continue!”
“Exactly! You dogs are the real trash! How dare you curse us? Know your place!”
“Beat this imported trash to death!”
After a brief silence, the crowd erupted like a storm, each person feeling a sense of catharsis and immense satisfaction.
Xu Shaochen stepped on Tom’s right hand.
“What are you going to do?!” Tom’s eyes tensed as he looked at Xu Shaochen in fear. He wanted to struggle, but with his head pinned down, he didn’t dare move.
Xu Shaochen chuckled softly at his words, “What am I going to do? It seems your memory isn’t that good. I already told you—you’re not going to need that hand anymore.”
“You dare!”
At the side, Jim yelled angrily, charging straight at Xu Shaochen, trying to stop him.
Xu Shaochen turned his head and smiled slightly, “Why wouldn’t I dare?”
As his words fell, he suddenly applied force with his foot.
“Crack!”
A sharp sound rang out as Tom’s right hand twisted and deformed at a speed visible to the naked eye.
“Aaaaaaah!”
Tom let out a piercing scream, his face pale, teeth chattering, and legs kicking uncontrollably.
At the same time, Xu Shaochen took a few steps back, dodging Jim’s fist.
“Tom, are you okay?!”
Jim anxiously asked, even though it was clear as day that Tom wasn’t okay. Suddenly, Jim’s expression changed as he felt a gust of wind from behind and instinctively ducked.
Xu Shaochen’s kick hit nothing but air. However, his foot paused mid-air for a moment, then shifted downward for another kick.
Simply put, his right leg executed a double kick in mid-air.
“Ouch!”
Caught off guard by the second kick, Jim screamed and was knocked to the ground.
Xu Shaochen had never been a merciful person. He took advantage of the situation, beating Jim so relentlessly that Jim didn’t have a chance to fight back. The whole ordeal was like a father disciplining his son.
In less than a minute, Jim was lying on the ground, unable to get up, blood trickling from the corner of his mouth.
Xu Shaochen looked at the two on the ground, raised a middle finger, and spat out two words with disdain: “Trash!”
“Good job!”
Thunderous applause erupted from the audience, as everyone became excited as if they had been injected with adrenaline, faces flushed with energy.
Jim and Tom were seething with anger, feeling utterly humiliated, but they didn’t even have the strength to stand.
Zheng Nan sat dazed in his wheelchair. He wished he could run away, but sadly, there was no one to push his wheelchair.
“It seems your people aren’t that capable.”
Xu Shaochen walked one step at a time toward Zheng Nan. Then, under Zheng Nan’s terrified gaze, he said word by word: “Since you’re crippled, I’ll give you one last chance. If you don’t behave, next time you won’t be going to the Hospital, you’ll go to the Crematorium instead.”
With that, Xu Shaochen picked up the clothes beside him, slung them over his shoulder, and walked out of the stadium without looking back.
“Huff… Huff…”
Watching Xu Shaochen’s departing figure, Zheng Nan gasped for breath, beads of cold sweat sliding down his cheeks.
After extreme fear, all that remained was even stronger anger and resentment.
A flash of coldness crossed Zheng Nan’s eyes as he took out his phone and dialed Li Bao’s number: “Tell your men to act. Kidnap the woman Xu Shaochen has been cozying up to lately.”
He had to make Xu Shaochen die. Otherwise, he wouldn’t be able to live comfortably or peacefully.
Only with Xu Shaochen dead could he find happiness.
Unfortunately, he didn’t know that Li Bao had already betrayed him.
So, as soon as he called Li Bao, Li Bao immediately called Xu Shaochen.
………
Outside the stadium, Xu Shaochen received a call from Li Bao.
“What is it?” Xu Shaochen asked.
“Mr. Xu, Zheng Nan just ordered me to kidnap Miss Mei. Of course, I wouldn’t do such a stupid thing, so I informed you right away.”
After hearing this, Xu Shaochen paused in his steps, looked back at the stadium, and said coldly, “It seems I’m still too lenient.”
On the other side, lying in the Hospital, Li Bao couldn’t help shivering when he heard Xu Shaochen’s voice. It was as if he felt a chill emanate from the phone itself.
Zheng Nan was probably in for a big disaster.
Xu Shaochen hung up the phone and gestured to Long Yi, speaking calmly: “Send him to meet his maker.”
It was God’s job to forgive, Xu Shaochen’s job was simply to send people to meet God.
Long Yi nodded, then turned and whispered a few words to the bodyguards. The two bodyguards immediately turned and left.
“By the way, where’s Mei Liangxin?”
Xu Shaochen suddenly asked. He hadn’t seen those three idiots around. Weren’t they supposed to be selling drinks and popcorn inside?
Long Yi struggled to hold back his laughter, wearing a strange expression as he replied: “Mr. Mei and the others went to the Supermarket to buy drinks.”
Just a moment ago, Mei Liangxin had been throwing his weight around, ordering them to help carry stuff.
However, Long Yi had rejected him outright, saying that without Xu Shaochen’s orders, they were to wait in place and not go anywhere.
So, after cursing and threatening Long Yi and the others, the trio ended up cheerfully running to the Supermarket on their own.
Xu Shaochen was initially stunned when he heard this, then burst out laughing, clearly in a good mood.
Those three jokers probably didn’t expect the fight to end in just a few minutes.
By the time they drag the drinks back to the stadium, they’ll find everyone has left. I wonder what their expressions will be.
“Let’s go back to the Hotel,” Xu Shaochen said as he bent down to get in the car.
……………
A few minutes later.
Mei Liangxin, Zhao Qing, and Zhang Wei each carried two cases of drinks, sweating profusely as they entered the stadium.
However, the scene before them left them dumbfounded.
The stadium, which should have been buzzing with activity, was now empty, with only a few people cleaning up.
A white plastic bag was blown by the wind, landing at their feet, giving a sense of utter desolation.
“Whe… Where is everyone?”
Mei Liangxin blinked, a little puzzled.
“I… I don’t know. Did we go to the wrong place?”
Zhang Wei and Zhao Qing looked at each other in confusion. How did everyone disappear all of a sudden? Did they call off the fight?
“Hey, buddy, where did everyone go? Why isn’t there anyone here?”
Mei Liangxin stopped a Janitor who was taking out the trash and asked.
The Janitor gave Mei Liangxin a dubious look: “They all left. The fight just ended, so they left. Those two foreigners were finished off in just a few moves.”
………………
Mei Liangxin and the others stood there, utterly confused, clutching their drinks while feeling like a million curses were racing through their minds.
Damn it, you jerks couldn’t have lasted a few more minutes?
