“This floor has a total area of one thousand square meters…”

Huang He spoke eloquently, listing all the advantages and benefits of the office building. Naturally, the price was not going to be cheap.

One floor, four hundred thousand a month.

“Mr. Huang, I can accept that price.”

Xu Shaochen looked at Huang He and said. The price was not expensive to him, and considering the prime location in this densely packed city, it was within a reasonable range.

For now, this floor should be sufficient. If the company expands in the future, he can move to a larger, better place.

“Mr. Xu, you’re very decisive. How long would you like to sign the lease for?” Huang He grinned even wider, becoming even more enthusiastic towards Xu Shaochen.

“Huang He, you’ve got guts.” A cold glint flashed in Zhao Quan’s eyes. He hadn’t expected Huang He to talk back. He then turned to Xu Shaochen and said coldly, “Let me offer you some advice. If you’re smart, find another place. Otherwise, once your company opens, things might not go so smoothly for you.”

Huang He stared intently at Xu Shaochen, beads of sweat forming on his forehead. If Xu Shaochen backed out now, not only would he offend Young Master Li, but he also wouldn’t make a single cent. That would be a huge loss.
