Manager Zhang blurted out immediately, looking at Liu Jun and saying, “Mr. Liu, 20%! Do you know how much money I stand to lose?”

“Manager Zhang, do you know how much you’ll lose if you sell this land to Liao Zanrong?” Liu Jun retorted.

Liao Zanrong was the best support. With him around, Liu Jun could corner Manager Zhang.

“Deal with you? Who the hell do you think you are? Do I know you?”

Liu Jun wasn’t angered at all by this and simply replied in a breezy tone, “It’s fine if you don’t know me now, but trust me, after today, you’ll never forget me. Oh, and my name is Liu Jun, just one of Mr. Xu’s least competent dogs.”

With that, Liu Jun hung up the Phone and handed it back to Manager Zhang with a smile, “Manager Zhang, I apologize, but it seems there’s no room for negotiation with Liao Zanrong.”

“Sigh, coming to Jiangzhou has really taken a toll on me,” Manager Zhang sighed, then looked at Liu Jun and said, “Mr. Liu, you’re a man capable of great things.”

“Me? Accomplish great things? It’s all thanks to the opportunities Mr. Xu gives me. I’m not very capable, I just run errands for him.”

Liu Jun smiled nonchalantly, then picked up his Teacup, “Manager Zhang, have some tea.”

Upon hearing this, Manager Zhang picked up his Teacup, took a sip, and said, “Good tea. Mr. Liu, shall we meet here again tomorrow? I’ll have the contract ready by then.”

“No need, Manager Zhang. I promised Mr. Xu that he’ll see the results tomorrow morning.” As Liu Jun finished speaking, he placed two contracts on the table.

Manager Zhang was stunned for a moment before letting out a bitter laugh, “It seems Mr. Liu has already decided to corner me.”

“Manager Zhang, please, don’t waste any more time in Jiangzhou.” Liu Jun offered with a smile, handing him a pen to sign.

A few minutes later, Liu Jun personally escorted Manager Zhang to the door and watched him leave.

Shaking the contract in his hand, Liu Jun leaned on his cane and walked downstairs.

Downstairs, two bodyguards, who had been with him for three years, were waiting in a Car.

“Find out where Liao Zanrong is. Stab him twice, but be careful not to kill him.”

“Once he’s in the hospital, buy a fruit basket. I’m going to visit him.”

After getting into the Car, Liu Jun gave his instructions to the two bodyguards in a calm voice.

“Boss?”

The bodyguard in the passenger seat frowned.

Liu Jun chuckled, “You don’t understand why I want you to stab him but still plan to visit him, right?”

The bodyguard nodded.

“I want you to stab him so he knows there are people willing to act against him, regardless of who his uncle is. I’m visiting him so he knows who did it and to offer an apology.”

“Spoiled sons like him, born with a silver spoon in their mouths, are arrogant and unruly. If you don’t scare him properly once, he’ll cling to you like gum.”

Liu Jun had already formed a clear plan in his mind. When visiting Liao Zanrong in the hospital, he intended to shed some blood of his own.

Xu Shaochen’s casual remark made the secretary tremble. Her face instantly turned pale as she stammered:
