Shortly after, he hung up and coldly stared at Xu Shaochen.

He couldn’t wait to see how this would end once his uncle arrived.

Soon enough, hurried footsteps echoed down the hall, and a middle-aged man rushed into the room. “What’s going on here? Xu… Mr. Xu?!”

The moment the man saw Xu Shaochen, he fell silent.

The director’s face turned terrifyingly dark, as if it could drip water. He felt utterly humiliated.

He had always assumed his nephew was simply a playful young man, but he hadn’t expected him to cause such trouble in his first month on the job.

“Un… Uncle…” Doctor Liu stammered nervously.

“Smack!”

The director slapped him hard and scolded, “Don’t call me Uncle, you disgrace! Look at the mess you’ve made! You’ve shamed the entire Liu family!”
