Half an hour later.

Xu Shaochen arrived at the headquarters of Sheng Qin Group.

“Young Master Xu please.”

Jiang Yaohai personally got out of the Car to open the door for Xu Shaochen taking over the job of Long Yi and Long Er.

“Mm.”

Xu Shaochen nodded slightly adjusted his collar and entered the company building accompanied by Jiang Yaohai.

“Hello General Manager Jiang.”

Along the way many employees greeted Jiang Yaohai but their sidelong glances were all directed at Xu Shaochen.

After all anyone with eyes could see that Jiang Yaohai was always half a step behind maintaining a very humble posture in front of Xu Shaochen.

Facing the employees Jiang Yaohai nodded in response to each greeting.

The two arrived at the elevator and waited.

“Well if it isn’t General Manager Jiang? The bosses are still waiting in the conference room for the meeting where have you just come back from?”

Just then a sarcastic voice reached their ears.

They saw a young man in a white suit wearing a smug smile walking towards them.

He might as well have had ‘arrogant’ written on his face.

“Hmph! Wang Xun do I need to report my schedule to you?”

Jiang Yaohai said with a gloomy face and a cold snort of disdain.

Clearly he and this Wang Xun didn’t get along and extremely so.

“General Manager Jiang you jest. Who are you? The general manager of Sheng Qin how could you possibly report to me about where you’re going?”

Wang Xun made an exaggerated expression his tone neither light nor heavy. He walked up to the two looked at Xu Shaochen and barked:

“Which department are you from you blind fool? Don’t you know to greet your superiors? Hurry up and get out of the way wait for the next elevator!”

Seeing Xu Shaochen standing with Jiang Yaohai he naturally assumed he was one of Jiang Yaohai’s people. Stepping on him was actually stepping on Jiang Yaohai’s face.

Hearing this Jiang Yaohai’s face changed: “Wang Xun watch your tone!”

Xu Shaochen lowered his head looked at the finger on his chest and smiled though his eyes were somewhat cold. He turned to Jiang Yaohai: “I’d like to ask who is this idiot?”

“The vice president of Sheng Qin.” Jiang Yaohai appeared very anxious he was afraid that because of this fool Wang Xun the cooperation between those bosses and Young Master Xu would be ruined.

Of course in his heart he was actually quite pleased to see Wang Xun digging his own grave.

Seeing Xu Shaochen and Jiang Yaohai calling him an idiot as if he wasn’t there Wang Xun flew into a rage raising his finger to point at Xu Shaochen’s nose:

“How dare you! You truly have no sense of respect or rules. I’m telling you no matter who’s backing you today I’ll make sure you pack your bags and get out!”

Xu Shaochen chuckled lightly and said calmly: “So should I now be trembling in fear begging you to be merciful and spare me?”

Wang Xun was the company’s vice president. Xu Shaochen finally understood why he didn’t get along with Jiang Yaohai it was because he wanted to climb to Jiang Yaohai’s position.

For such an idiot to think he could compete with Jiang Yaohai for power it was simply laughable.

Wang Xun snorted coldly raising his head haughtily and looking down at Xu Shaochen:

“At least you know your place. It’s not impossible for me to let you off. I know a job is very important for poor people like you. How about this bow and apologize to me and we’ll forget about today’s incident.”

As he finished speaking he glanced provocatively at Jiang Yaohai beside him: “What do you think General Manager Jiang? I’m not being excessive am I?”

Making Jiang Yaohai’s man bow and apologize to him right in front of Jiang Yaohai was like slapping Jiang Yaohai’s face. Wang Xun felt so elated he could almost fly.

Jiang Yaohai looked at him with a gaze reserved for idiots. Damn if it weren’t for this fool relying on his backing he would have kicked him out of the company long ago.

Xu Shaochen looked at Wang Xun with a half-smile his gaze growing even colder.

“Cut the crap I’m not asking you to kneel and kowtow to me that’s already me being lenient. You should learn to be content don’t learn from certain people who don’t know when they’re given face.”

Wang Xun said impatiently feeling that this wage slave was becoming a bit too presumptuous.

“Ding~”

Just then the elevator arrived.

“Damn! You got lucky kid. In the future stay out of my sight otherwise don’t blame me for being unkind.”

Wang Xun cursed as he spoke then walked into the elevator.

Xu Shaochen smiled without saying anything and followed Jiang Yaohai preparing to enter the elevator.

“Don’t you have any sense? Who do you think you are to ride in the same elevator as me? Get out and wait for the next one!”

Unexpectedly as soon as he took a step forward Wang Xun pointed at his nose and shouted angrily.

He was actually indirectly scolding Jiang Yaohai Xu Shaochen was just collateral damage.

“You son of a…”

Jiang Yaohai was about to explode otherwise how could he face Xu Shaochen in the future.

Xu Shaochen held him back smiling and said: “General Manager Jiang don’t rush. Director Wang is a busy man let Director Wang go first.”

“Jiang Yaohai see that? Even your subordinate is more sensible than you. Learn from him in the future learn to tuck your tail and be a dog.”

Wang Xun seemed very pleased with these words saying smugly then closed the elevator door.

“Young Master Xu I’m terribly sorry. That bastard has someone backing him otherwise I would have kicked him out long ago. I wouldn’t have let him have the chance to offend you today.”

Watching the elevator door close Jiang Yaohai took a deep breath and looked at Xu Shaochen apologetically.

“It’s fine. I’ll help you kick him out later. Never mind that he has someone behind him even if he had a god behind him it wouldn’t matter today!”

Xu Shaochen said calmly his voice not loud but his words were resolute giving people a strong sense of confidence.

This wasn’t his company yet he could still speak so firmly because he had the confidence to back it up.

“Thank you Young Master Xu.”
