“Yingying, long time no see. You’re even more beautiful now.”

Xu Shaochen ignored Mei Liangxin and greeted Liu Ying instead.

Liu Ying smiled warmly, pointing at Jenny.

“Hello, I’m Jenny.”

Jenny stood up and introduced herself, smiling as she extended a hand to Liu Ying.

Zhao Qing replied with a smile.

“I’m busy with day-to-day things at the law firm. Honestly, not much going on, pretty free.”

“Don’t look at me. I’m a married man now, just lazing around and waiting to die.”

Zhou Xue nudged Zhang Wei, signaling him with her eyes.

As soon as he spoke, Long Yi sprang into action, grabbing the robber’s gun hand and twisting it forcefully.

“Crack—”

A crisp sound echoed through the room as the gun dropped to the floor, followed by a heart-rending scream.

“Xiao Si!”

The lookout robber at the door, hearing the scream, turned to aim his gun.

But Long Er moved faster, grabbing the dropped gun from Xiao Si and firing three shots at the lookout.
