Chapter Index

At the heart of Tianwu Arena stood a grand and imposing sparring platform, its presence commanding awe.

Hearing about an upcoming duel, the other disciples buzzed with excitement as they gathered before the platform, eager to catch a glimpse of the foreign powerhouse.

Just then a figure sped toward the stage. The crowd squinted and soon recognized him as the foreign warrior who had fallen through a time-space tunnel—Tang San!

Upon seeing Tang San’s face, the disciples froze for a moment before erupting into a flurry of whispers.

“Is this guy really the foreign powerhouse? His aura feels weaker than the little girl next door to my house…”

“Watch your words. I’ve heard some masters hide their true strength to play the pig and eat the tiger. He might just be one of them!”

“Hold on! Look at his clothes. They’re unlike anything I’ve ever seen. And with that blue hair, he really stands out!”

“You’ve got a point. Why do I suddenly think he looks kind of handsome in that getup?”

“Junior Sister, rein in your swooning. Your drool’s about to drip onto my pants!”

“Sorry Senior Sister. I couldn’t help myself after seeing such a good-looking guy…”

As the crowd chattered away, Tang San executed a flashy leap, landing on the sparring platform with flair. He flicked his bangs confidently.

“Look everyone! The foreign warrior’s on the stage!” A male disciple jumped up in excitement, pointing at Tang San with a trembling finger.

The rest of the disciples turned their gaze to the platform, their eyes locking onto the figure standing there.

That cascade of blue hair fluttered in the breeze.

    The atmosphere exploded with fervor.

Every disciple burned with curiosity about Tang San’s cultivation level.

They yearned to witness the prowess of this foreign warrior and see how he measured up against the standards of their world.

Standing on the stage, Tang San soaked in the crowd’s respectful and admiring murmurs, accepting them with ease.

Suddenly he lifted his gaze to the row of figures seated on the chairman’s platform above, a cold smirk curling on his lips.

“Have you all stared long enough up there? Why not come down and teach me a lesson!” Tang San brandished his Sea God Trident, pointing it fiercely at the group above.

    “What?”

The onlooking disciples fell silent in an instant, gaping at Tang San in disbelief.

They knew full well that the people he was pointing his weapon at were none other than the Sword Gods of the Upper Sword Qi Continent…

The crowd’s shock soon morphed into admiration. If the situation allowed, they’d have leapt to their feet to applaud him.

After all daring to challenge the authority of all the Sword Gods single-handedly was a spectacle rarely seen!

Tang San’s bold move only fueled the disciples’ belief in the rumors of his hidden strength.

Meanwhile on the host platform, the seated figures stared down at Tang San wielding his Sea God Trident.

For a fleeting moment they too were stunned by his audacity.

But that shock quickly turned to rage—how dare anyone trample on the dignity of gods!

“Bang!” Du Canghai’s face darkened as he slammed his hand down, reducing the table before him to splinters.

He snorted coldly. “Today I, the Holy Master, will test the mettle of this foreign warrior!”

“Brother Canghai, calm yourself. If you step in, it’d be nothing short of bullying.”

“Brother Nangong, what do you mean by that?”

“Don’t you sense something odd about his aura? It’s no different from a novice who’s just stepped into the Sword Qi Realm.”

“What!” Du Canghai’s expression froze as he stared at Nangong Wentian in disbelief. “Brother Nangong, are you saying this man has barely entered the Sword Qi Realm?”

“Indeed…” Nangong Wentian nodded, his gaze deep and piercing as he studied Tang San. “Besides, I’ve already chosen a fitting opponent for him. It won’t be seen as unfair.”

Tang San, waiting on the stage, grew visibly impatient. He repeated his challenge. “Are you lot up there still not coming down to face me?”

“Why would we need the esteemed Sword Gods to deal with you? Today I, Su Xiaoxiao, am more than enough!”

A clear melodic voice rang out from nowhere.

Tang San faltered for a moment before roaring. “Who dares to play tricks? Show yourself now!”

As Tang San glanced around, a petite figure materialized before him—a little girl.

    “Look! It’s Junior Sister Xiaoxiao!”

The crowd, previously just spectating, erupted into cheers upon recognizing the small silhouette.

“Hey! Stop looking around. I’m right in front of you.” Su Xiaoxiao poked Tang San with a tiny finger.

“What!” Tang San whipped his head around, coming face-to-face with an adorable little girl.

His pupils contracted as he spoke in confusion. “Whose child is this? You’d better get off the stage before you get hurt!”

“I’m no child! And for your information, I’m your opponent in this match!” Su Xiaoxiao pouted, stepping back a few paces.

“Hahaha! To think my first opponent would be a little girl? How laughable! In that case, don’t blame me for what happens next!”

Tang San clutched his face, laughing hysterically. His gaze toward the petite and cute Su Xiaoxiao flashed with a chilling glint.

From the host platform, Nangong Wentian cast a sidelong glance at the crowd, his voice booming like thunder.

“Before this match begins, both participants should introduce themselves!”

Su Xiaoxiao blinked, then smiled brightly. “I’m Su Xiaoxiao, an Outer Sect disciple of Heavenly Martial Sacred Land. My cultivation is at the first level of Sword Qi Realm. I look forward to your guidance, Senior!”

    “Boom!”

Tang San thrust his Sea God Trident into the diamond-hard surface of the sparring platform with force.

He shot Su Xiaoxiao a disdainful look and scoffed. “I am Tang San, inheritor of dual gods and God King of the God Realm Committee!”

“Since both parties have introduced themselves, I declare the match officially begun!”

Tang San hesitated for a split second before deciding to strike first. He bellowed.

“Blue Silver Domain, activate! Blue Silver Bind!”

In an instant, countless blue vines sprouted from thin air on the platform, wrapping tightly around Su Xiaoxiao.

Su Xiaoxiao glanced at the blue vines binding her, her brow furrowing in confusion.

She couldn’t fathom why someone would use such useless weeds as a weapon.

Still, she decided to face him with full strength, giving Tang San the respect of a serious fight.

With a fierce shout, she cried out. “Break!”

A burst of energy exploded from her, radiating outward. The blue vines clinging to her scattered like wild grass caught in a gust, vanishing in a flash.

Tang San’s eyes widened in shock. He hadn’t expected his signature move, Blue Silver Bind, to be shattered so effortlessly!

“Blue Silver Prison!” Tang San’s gaze hardened as he raised a hand, unleashing a wave of blue light.

Beside Su Xiaoxiao, a cage formed from twisting plant roots materialized, trapping her firmly within.

“What kind of techniques are these? I’ve never seen anything like them. But I guess I should get serious too!”

Su Xiaoxiao reached out, poking at one of the roots before drawing her Plum Blossom Sword.

“One Dance Shakes the World, Plum Blossom Bloom!”

Wielding her Plum Blossom Sword, Su Xiaoxiao danced gracefully like a plum blossom fairy twirling in a snowy field.

In the blink of an eye, the Blue Silver Prison Tang San had conjured was engulfed by falling plum blossoms, dissolving into nothing.

“What!” Tang San’s face twisted with rage. The two signature techniques he prided himself on—Blue Silver Prison and Blue Silver Bind—bolstered by his Blue Silver Domain, had proven utterly useless.
