Lara lives in what she thinks is a normal romance fantasy world, until its Creator intervenes.

She learns her reality is a novel titled Elina and Her Five Men, and it’s on the brink of collapse because the fundamental “Clichés” governing its plot are breaking down.

The heroine, Elina, is now inexplicably five different people, the male leads are acting erratically, and only by forcing them back into their romantic tropes can the world (and the author’s book deal) be saved.

As an unwilling “extra” chosen for this chaotic mission, Lara must somehow manipulate fate and contend with hilariously malfunctioning characters to ensure the story reaches its intended happily-ever-after.

This is the story of an extra, Lara struggling to save the world.
