Chapter 17: The Swimsuit-Clad Young Rich Lady
by xennovelIn early July on a sunny and pleasantly warm afternoon the Housing Demolition Department of the Housing and Construction Bureau called Jiang Qin. They agreed to his proposed compensation conditions and invited him to come sign the contract immediately to set an example for other homeowners.
Why?
Because there were simply too many greedy people and they had even started forming groups with each demanding a higher price than the last.
The demolition team had worked hard for three days but hadn’t managed to negotiate a single household because everyone felt that the longer they dragged it out the more they could get and whoever signed first would definitely suffer a big loss.
In comparison the quoted price Jiang Qin put forward actually seemed quite honest.
The Expropriation Department held a meeting to discuss and felt that since the homeowners had formed a group to demand prices it would be better to directly break them apart from the inside. To put it simply as long as someone signed a contract there would definitely be people who couldn’t resist following suit.
Thus Jiang Qin became the breakthrough point to encourage everyone to sign the contract as soon as possible.
After signing the contract Jiang Qin obtained a total compensation of 4.79 million yuan and four sets of resettlement housing two in Yushui Bay in the new urban area and two in Jing Garden across from Fuzi Lake.
From the perspective of 2008 these two neighborhoods weren’t considered good locations because the new urban area had just been built and the surrounding supporting facilities had not been completed. To put it simply it was desolate.
But in 2010 a high-speed railway station was built opposite Yushui Bay and the new No. 1 High School moved to the south of Fuzi Lake. The municipal government also moved north as a whole and housing prices really changed day by day.
However Jiang Qin didn’t dare tell his parents about buying a house and demolishing it because he couldn’t explain it well.
In any case his parents had no worries about food and clothing and had no illness or disaster so it didn’t matter if he talked about this later. For now he would keep it a secret.
On July 13th in order to attract residents to sign contracts the Demolition Office transferred the compensation to Jiang Qin in less than three working days.
On July 15th Jiang Qin successfully filled out his volunteer form and applied for the finance major at Linchuan University.
On July 16th Jiang Qin went to the bank and transferred out 2.73 million yuan to make up the money borrowed from Feng Nanshu. In order to express his gratitude he took her to play for a day at the hot spring town in the eastern suburbs.
The independent pools filled with steaming air were built on the top of the cliff facing towering mountains. As far as the eye could see it was a beautiful sight.
Feng Nanshu wearing a swimsuit soaked in the warm hot spring her pretty face flushed red by the steam. In one hand she held a happy water and in the other a osmanthus cake her eyes constantly looking towards the mountains opposite extremely happy.
The swimsuit she was wearing was one Jiang Qin had helped her buy. It wasn’t a sexy style bikini but a white two-piece with a camisole top and a skirt bottom.
When Jiang Qin bought it he thought this swimsuit was already very conservative but he still underestimated the allure of Feng Nanshu’s figure.
Those long legs were as white as frost and snow her slender little waist could be held in one hand and her fair and delicate little belly even had obvious vest lines.
The naturally silly girl had no defenses against Jiang Qin stretching her perfect figure curves in an extremely comfortable posture but didn’t know how seductive this combination of purity and sexiness was and even less did she know that the guy opposite couldn’t take his eyes off her.
“Just now a big bird flew by.”
“Yeah big and white.”
Feng Nanshu slowly turned her head a trace of confusion flashing in her eyes: “But the bird that just flew by was black.”
Jiang Qin wiped the sweat from his face with a towel: “You know you can’t just look at the appearance of things. Sometimes you have to look through the appearance to see the pure white inside.”
“?”
Feng Nanshu lowered her head and glanced at her chest: “Are you looking at my breasts?”
Jiang Qin wasn’t flustered at all after being exposed: “You think too much I’m a fucking upright gentleman with eyes that don’t stray!”
“Then can you not rub my feet? They’re a little sore from you rubbing them.”
“That’s because the area of this pool is too small I’m afraid if you move too much you’ll kick me.”
Jiang Qin’s mouth was full of upright gentleman reasons but he still let go of Feng Nanshu’s pink fair little feet without a word pretending to look at the distant mountains and beautiful scenery as if nothing had happened.
“Splash–”
Feng Nanshu stood up from the pool leaning over the edge sticking out her little butt reaching out to grab that bag of spicy and salty crisps in front of her but she couldn’t reach it.
Jiang Qin was sitting very close to her now. He didn’t know if it was an illusion but he could even feel the heat of Feng Nanshu’s skin. Who could stand this?
“I’m done soaking I’ll go take a shower first.”
Jiang Qin climbed out of the pool handed the crisps to her and then slipped into the shower room.
The cold water flowed down his spine making him feel like his 38-year-old soul was shaking but he couldn’t help but despise himself. You’re a 38-year-old uncle lusting after the body of an 18-year-old naturally silly girl are you polite?
Men are really fucking devoted always liking young girls.
Hearing the sound of water in the shower room Feng Nanshu lowered her head and glanced at her chest her pretty nose wrinkling. Then she tore open the package and put a crisp in her mouth chewing it with a crunch.
Hmph this guy really likes to look at breasts and also likes to play with feet.
After taking a shower the two left the hot spring hotel and took the sightseeing car to the town’s shopping street intending to find something to eat.
As a result when they went over and asked the price a roast chicken was sold for 58 yuan. Jiang Qin even suspected that he had heard wrong.
This is 2008 ah a roast chicken for 58 yuan if I had known earlier I would have bought half-price chickens from the zoo and brought them here to roast and sell. When it comes to making money you scenic spots are ruthless.
But…
Feng Nanshu was almost drooling looking at the roast chickens on the rack.
Jiang Qin couldn’t help but laugh. This was really the first time he had seen someone craving roast chicken so he had to take out his wallet and spend fifty-eight to buy a roast chicken.
The 1.7 million he had on him was all earned because of Feng Nanshu. His own golden master young rich lady even if she wanted to eat the moon he would have to go pick it. This is called repaying kindness.
But is Feng Nanshu really the young lady of a wealthy family? How come she wants to eat everything she sees craving it so much she can’t even walk.
“You haven’t eaten roast chicken before?”
Feng Nanshu wiped her drool her gaze still cold and clear: “Mother said a true socialite would not be swayed by appetite. This way there would be no weakness.”
Jiang Qin sighed and thought you’re almost dead from being swayed by desire okay? What kind of wolf culture is this: “Eat more don’t waste it.”
“Jiang Qin thank you for buying me roast chicken. You are my best friend.”
“Young miss I’m your only friend so of course I’m the best.”
Feng Nanshu thought for a while and felt that what he said made sense so she changed her words: “Then I think you are a good person.”
Jiang Qin felt a little shattered when he heard this: “If you want to praise me just directly praise me for being handsome. Don’t give me those pretentious good person cards.”
“Oh.”
“By the way I might be busy for the next few days. On one hand I’m learning to drive and on the other hand I want to try some small business to test the waters. I probably won’t have time to hang out with you do you have somewhere to go?”
“I can read in the library.” Feng Nanshu answered very straightforwardly.
“Won’t you feel lonely?”
“Not lonely I was like this before too alone.”
Feng Nanshu raised her head and looked at him her lashes trembling slightly as if she didn’t know what loneliness was at all.
It’s good to be the way you were before and the way you will be in the future. Her life probably won’t have much difference because of the presence or absence of one person.
